Exorcising The Demons Through Song - Part 2 Adrenaline Rush


Building on my first post, these are songs that I would listen to before an athletic event, or before or during working out at the gym. Number ten on the list I distinctly remember listening to with Patrick Swanson and Brian Points before playing a rugby match against the WSU team. Unfortunately, we did not follow Eminem's sage advice and we let the chance slip.... we got demolished. Anyways, number eleven on the list is a song I would listen to with Colin as we would drive in my mini van to play basketball at a local rec center in Portland on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We generally performed pretty well in those games and only nearly got into fights with other players three or four times... Hmmm.. in retrospect perhaps the song got our blood pumping a little too much.

Takes a little while to get moving but once it does...very good beat.

Not as heavily "beat driven" as the rest of the songs.

Another song that takes a while to build.
